And if not by the Taiwanese, then by the Americans themselves; in the event of a Chinese attack on Taiwan due to fear of Supercritical American technology falling into Chinese hands.
Processors are not the technology.
The production lines, programs, and software elements that are provided by those Western companies to Taiwan for production and testing are extremely critical for the Chinese to copy and steal intellectual property.
