US-Russia Deal Could Lead to Iran Acquiring Nuclear Weapons
The director of Israel’s Mossad intelligence agency, David Barnea, has expressed concerns that Russia may provide advanced weaponry to Iran. This rare public criticism by an Israeli official suggests worries that such weapons could threaten Israel. Iran has reportedly been seeking advanced air defense systems from Russia, and Israeli officials fear this could hinder their ability to strike Iran’s nuclear program.
